Rajadhani Tools, an engineering concern, made its start a few years back under the supervision of highly enthusiastic and focussed young entrepreneurs. The company is involved in the manufacturing and exporting of Precision Tools to meet customized orders. The company has made a mark in manufacturing high quality tools and cutters.
We manufacture technically significant Tools and Cutters, which are used for Drilling, Milling, Broaching purposes, etc. in different utilities. Most of the tools are made of High Speed Steel and are thus, resistant to extreme variations in pressure and temperature.
Our Range of Tools & CuttersThe several types of tools that are produced on specified orders for different purposes are:- Side & Face Cutters: Made in various grades of HSS like M2, M35, M42, T42 and ASP series and also carbide brazing Tools.
- Gear Hobs: Useful for Producing Spur Gears and Spiral Gears on Gear Hobbing machines. Made of HSS with various grades as per the customers' requirement.
- Carbide Tipped Brazed Cutters: Useful for high speed machining for medium hardening steels and non-ferrous metals.
- Inter Locking Cutters: Made of HSS material, which are used for Turbine Blade Machining.
- The machining width can be adjusted by placing a spacer in between the two cutters.
- Broaches: Tools made of HSS used for broaching operations. In specific requirements, Solid Carbide Broaches can also be made.
- Special Form Cutter: For Producing special profiles like electrical bulb cavity as per the customers' requirement.
- Roughing End Mills: These cutters are useful for rough machining. The efficiency of these cutters are three times greater than conventional cutters.
- Hole Mill (Guided/Un-Guided): This cutter controls the axis of the Drilled Hole for reaming operation. Can be made with HSS and Carbide Brazed as per the customer's requirements.
- Circular Form: It is a profile tool useful for mass production on conventional machines.
- Die Sinking Cutter: Cutters will be used for Die sinking operation in Forging Industries.
- Multi Form Flat Drill: These tools can be used on Automatic Lathes. It controls various dimensions.
- Angle Form Cutter: Useful for machining Gas Turbine Blades.
- Ball Nose Cutters: Useful for CNC Machines and Die Sinking Machines and is a carbide tipped custom built tool.
